Care for cemented tables
Our cemented tabletops are protected by a hardened PU coating. It makes the surface resistant to scratches and everyday stains. In our tests, coffee, lemon, red wine and ketchup could still be removed after 36 hours. For the best result, clean spills as soon as you can.
Cleaning and stains
- Everyday marks: wipe the surface with water and a microfibre cloth.
- Stubborn marks: use a microfibre cloth with an all-purpose cleaner.
- Marks that remain after normal cleaning: gently use a cleaning sponge (magic sponge) only when needed. It lightly polishes the coating; repeated or vigorous rubbing can leave a shiny patch.
Protecting the finish
Avoid prolonged contact with hot objects above 65°C. Do not use strong cleaning products such as white spirit, paint thinner or bleach. Take particular care with strongly coloured powders, including dyes and curry, as they may discolour the finish.
